This module uses a CKEditor 4 plugin, Advanced Tab for Dialogs. Since there isn't a version of that plugin for CKEditor 5, this module cannot be used with the CKEditor 5 module. It can only be used with Drupal 9.3 and Drupal 9.4. It could be used also with Drupal 9.5, but you would keep getting warnings about a deprecated module.
