Unable to upgrade 2.0.2 => 2.0.3

Upgrade fails with following. Anybody have a same issue?
(tested on Drupal 10.1.0 & 10.1.1)

user@localhost /www/web $ composer require 'drupal/seeds_toolbar:2.0.3'

In ArrayLoader.php line 194:
