I don't have h1 headings in Taxonomy-term view pages in Olivero but I have them in Bartik

Drupal 9.5.3 started as 9.4.5 or 9.4.6. The theme was always Olivero.

I don't have h1 headings for Taxonomy-term view pages.
I have checked the HTML source of two such pages and didn't find h1.

I have tried to disable and enable the "Taxonomy term" View
I have checked the "Page title" block settings and didn't find anything unusual
I have checked the settings under /admin/structure/taxonomy/manage/tags but I am not sure if anything there is relevant
I have tried to minorly upgrade several times

If I change the theme from Olivero to Bartik then I do have h1 headings in the aforementioned view pages.

Why don't I have h1 headings in Taxonomy-term view pages in Olivero, but do have them in Bartik?
