[DS-869][DS-870] [DS-873] Fix issues after QA checks

Problem/Motivation

DS-869 - The footer displays the wrong logo by default
DS-870 - Facility Header and Menu sections don't change color based on the selected theme when the LB is opened
DS-873 - Header is partly cropped
