Webform statistics graphs cid not unique

Problem/Motivation

Dashboard webform graphs cache is saved using the period & date fields md5 hash. These values are not unique, so when creating a new graph using the same period & date will produce the same cached output.

Steps to reproduce

Add a webform submission statistics graphs to your dashboard, remember the period & date values.
Add a second graph using a different webform, but the same period & date values.
You will have 2 equal graphs.

Proposed resolution

Alter the $cid using all configuraion values.
