D7: Add unique titles for all Quant pages

Problem/Motivation

The title for all Quant tabs/pages is "Quant". It would be good if these were unique.

Steps to reproduce

Install and look at every tab/page.

Proposed resolution

Update the titles to be unique per tab/page, e.g. "Quant Cron" instead of "Quant".

Remaining tasks

  1. Update code
  2. Review and test
  3. Commit :)

User interface changes

Page titles will be more descriptive.
