Views paragraph relationship broken on old entity after clone.

We have the same issue. Here is the workaround that works for us, when cloning the node, also clone the entity reference by field (your paragraph field), then the view with a required relationship to the paragraph field shows the result correctly.

In my opinion it works as designed.
