Incompatible with EU Cookie Compliance module

Problem/Motivation

It seems the theme is somehow unable to display the EU Cookie Compliance (GDPR Compliance) banner. The built-in banner works when activated, but the EU Cookie Compliance (GDPR Compliance) brings more possibilities.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and EU Cookie Compliance (GDPR Compliance) v1.24
