No way to set up the config

Hi,
I set up the module as per the instrcutions given in the README file.
When I visit /admin/config/people/saml_sp, it says: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
I then checked the logs and found this:
Error: Class "RobRichards\XMLSecLibs\XMLSecurityKey" not found

So, I went into the vendor/robrichards/xmlseclibs/src and confirmed that file XMLSecurityKey.php with class XMLSecurityKey exists. It does.

I have been unable to replicate this issue.

Fresh Drupal 10 install with no contributed modules enabled. Enable SAMl SP and go to the config page, no errors.

On a second try, I was able to install & configure the SAML.
