i don't reproduce the issue on local installation. But I know plugin discovery can be a bit weird sometimes, at a Drupal level (a common plugin discovery issue) and at UI Patterns level (because our discovery is a bit custom).

Do you still have the issue today?

Did flushing the cache or restarting PHP-FPM fix it?
