Conflict with Webprofiler `10.1.0`

Problem/Motivation

I've been using Ignition and webprofiler together for the last year.

Recently, I update my site to Drupal 10.1.0 which also bumped Webprofiler to 10.1.0.
Since then, Webprofiler exception pages display instead of Ignition.

I opened a issue to add a setting to disable the page with Webprofiler.

However, I'm not exactly sure which project is responsible or indeed can make it actionable.
Hopefully, this issue will allow

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable Ignition
2. Generate an exception and verify page is displayed.

3. Install webprofiler and enable webprofiler.
4. Generate an exception and verify page is displayed.

I ended up opening an issue with Webprofiler.

@lussoluca was kind enough to add an option to disable their exception screen, which prevents the original problem.

    Closing issue.
