Promote Symfony Mailer instead of Swiftmailer?

On the /admin/commerce/config/order-types/[order-type]/edit page the text in the Emails section is the text:

Emails are sent in the HTML format. You will need a module such as Swiftmailer to send HTML emails.

With Swiftmailer now dying this should probably read

Emails are sent in the HTML format. You will need a module such as Drupal Symfony Mailer to send HTML emails.
