Add resources to SelfEvaluationQuestionChoice entities and display them in result

Problem/Motivation

Currently, on the user's result page we show resources (Linkitem) related to the theme threshold reached by user during his Self Evaluation.
We would like to add resources to Question Choice entities and add them to threshold's resources when displaying results.
We will check there are no duplicates due to same resources in multiple theme's question choice.

Proposed resolution

Add a resource field to quesitons choices entities, and a computed field to theme threshold entities to display agregated result.
