[Keyboard Accessibility] Focus not visible on numerous components

Problem/Motivation

All components on the site should abide by the Focus Visible guidelines. Testing revealed some issues:

- Include focus states for form fields (DS-852)
- Accordion items not focus visible (paragraphs) (DS-853)
- Alert navigation arrows not focus visible (DS-854)
- Join Page - "Select" buttons not focus visible (DS-855)
- Activity finder modal links not focus visible (DS-856)
- Add to calendar links not focus visible (DS-857, DS-858)

Steps to reproduce

Observe pages with these components and use "Tab" on the keyboard to navigate

Proposed resolution

Ensure the items have visible focus states.
