"Could not connect to the track" error message inside the Media Library form

If I try to add the SoundCloud media inside the Media Library form I get a message:

"Could not connect to the track, please make sure that the url is correct."

The error appeared recently... few days ago. Previously everything worked well. I didn't make any core or module updates recently. Is this error connected with some changes at SoundCloud API side maybe?

If I add SoundCloud media via "Add new" media link (/media/add/soundcloud) everything works fine and the added media becomes available for selection inside the media Library form.

My config: D9.5.2, PHP8.1, Media entity Soundcloud 3.1.1
