Weight the Session Schedule and Session List to appear after Home

Problem/Motivation

On a fresh install of Drupal 10 with this module, the Session List and Session Schedule menu items appear before Home in the main navigation, because of the default weights they are assigned.

Proposed resolution

Change their weights so they will appear after Home.
