Use Easy Email, ECA to send emails instead of Workbench Email

Problem/Motivation

Initially this module used Workbench Email to send emails. This works well, but won't sent emails with HTML formatting. Also, a solution based on ECA allows for a much richer set of customizations.

Proposed resolution

Configure a combination of ECA and Easy Email to send emails instead.
