The main value of the event_platform_olivero submodule is that it will place blocks into the recommended regions. This only works with the Olivero theme, however.
Move these from a config import approach to placing the blocks via the placeBlock config action, so that it could work with any theme. It might depend on having similar regions. Also, documentation on the blocks available is needed.
