Add full entity tokens for all singles

Problem/Motivation

Currently, this module only offers the URL as token for every single. Let's offer all tokens entity usually offer.

Proposed resolution

Offer all entity tokens. The existing URL token ([node_singles:bundle:url]) gives you a relative URL while it usually gives an absolute URL, so we'll have to make sure this behaviour stays as is for backwards compatibility reasons. People can still use [node_singles:bundle:url:absolute] to get the absolute URL.
