Line height issue in comment-submitted text.

Problem/Motivation

When I switched to on mobile screen the comment-submitted text is wrapped in two lines so what I observed is that the text looks stick to the above text.

Verified the MR6 on 9.5.8, the line height is fixed for commented text. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++.
