Optional pager for each gallery

This feature is coming soon. You can use 2.1.0 version now and follow this issue

Hopefully soon means soon.

In the meantime I just override the "9" arbitrary image count in the media_gallery_preprocess_media_gallery function inside media_gallery module.

raw&dirty fix waiting for the next rc.

I added new boolean field "use pager" for galleries. Now we can enable/disable it for each gallery. Please run database update

Thanks for the possibility to disable the pager.
But: when the pager is diabled, the first image starts at the location of image two, leaving a blank at the first image.
When the pagers is enabled the indicater is shown on top of the imaged (display settings: disabled).

Sorry, but this is simple CSS. Just rewrite the default module css rules in your theme (flex/grid/etc)
