Allow long URLs for type tray icons and thumbnails

Problem/Motivation

URLs for icons and thumbnails should be long URLs. Currently, URLs are limited to default text fields maxlength of 128 charcters.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Attempt to enter a URL for the icon and thumbnail that is longer than 128 characters for a content type. (/admin/structure/types/manage/page)

Allow long URLs for type tray icons and thumbnails.
