Use search_api_autocomplete route instead of custom route from search_api_decoupled_autocomplete module

Problem/Motivation

The custom route from this module is a complete copy from route that is in search_api_autocomplete. There is no sense to have them both at the same time. Also with the change that is introduced in this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/search_api_decoupled/issues/3368760 ✨ Use search and search_api_autocomplete form elements for search form and implement auto-submit Fixed , reusing search_api_autocomplete route makes total sense.
