Install error in Drupal 10 for event_platform_olivero

Problem/Motivation

When installing this module in Drupal 10, the following error is thrown, preventing a successful install:

Configuration objects provided by <em class="placeholder">event_platform_ol
  ivero</em> have unmet dependencies: <em class="placeholder">block.block.vie
  ws_block__job_listings_block_1 (views.view.job_listings)</em>

Steps to reproduce

On a fresh install of Drupal 10, use drush to install event_platform_olivero.

Proposed resolution

Move block.block.views_block__job_listings_block_1.yml into an optional subdirectory within the config directory.
