az_blob_fs.settings.yml is missing a dependency on the key and image style which may result in config errors

Problem/Motivation

Currently I'm running in some errors when executing a config import because az_blob_fs.settings has no dependency on the key config entity and the configured image style.

Not sure if it's possible to add dependencies here?
