Working with Book Entity Type?

Problem/Motivation

Does this currently support the Book entity type?

Proposed resolution

In the module main page, you say:

IMPORTANT: Limited to these entity types: node, user, taxonomy term, comment, block content, commerce product and group.
If you need to implement into other entity please create a feature request issue.

How about making easy breadcrumbs work with Drupal's book content type?
