i used this command and the patch applied cleanly:

composer require 'drupal/ajax_add_to_cart:^2.0' --prefer-source

The latest patch here adds a bunch of unnecessary things to the info.yml. Im going to close this a duplicate, the automated patch in 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Needs review is a simple one line patch and all that is needed to make this work with D10
