No classes on the body

Hi,

I prepared a MR with:

    logged_in ? 'user-logged-in',
    not root_path ? 'path-frontpage' : 'path-' ~ root_path|clean_class,
    node_type ? 'page-node-type-' ~ node_type|clean_class,
    db_offline ? 'db-offline',

As those are classes added by:
- Olivero
- Claro
- Bootstrap 3 contrib theme

Even if having CSS based on body classes is not something we want to encourage. We want components to be autonomous.

About page-node-14, this is not something provided by core or a practice we want to promote, so not added.
