I updated this module to the version 2 in order to make my site compatible with Drupal 9, there is an issue with the core key in the info file, that key should be removed in for Drupal 9 or Drupal 10 as you can see here https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/creating-modules/let-drupal-know-abo... →
Install the version 2 in a Drupal 9 installation.
Remove the core key for version 2 since that version is only compatible with Drupal 9 and Drupal 10
