Proposal to add status property to components

Problem/Motivation

With new parser the module_status property is not needed anymore but it could still be useful so want to propose to add support for a status property that would allow components to for example be disabled and not processed by the derivative service.

Looking for two states for now
active - default state and not required to be added
disabled - the component will be discovered but will not be processed by the block derivative service.
