Use links and add them on each term level to select all terms

Problem/Motivation

This is a follow-up issue to ✨ Add new option for "(Un-)Select all" Needs review . Where the "select_all" option got introduced.

Instead of only having a checkbox to select / deselect all terms, instead two links "Select all" and "Deselect all" should be used and added on each term level. Here is a quick mockup, on how this could look:
