Redirect g2/initial without an initial to the G2 main page

Problem/Motivation

The fix in 🐛 The g2/initial page contains the whole glossary Fixed for the possibly huge /g2/initial path was to block it and handle its behavior in the default main page.

Since no content should be linking to that page, but always to /g2/initial/<an initial>, this is technically correct, but such incorrect links may exist, and it would be more useful to redirect to the default route instead of returning a 404.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to /g2/initial. Do not enjoy.

Proposed resolution

Accept path but implement is as a permanent redirect to the main G2 route, which defaults to g2.main but may be reconfigured.
