The g2/initial page contains the whole glossary

Replaced by:

• alphabar
• list of initials in alphabar with count of matching entries
• alphabar

Merged in latest dev HEAD.

The fix was actually to block g2/initial without an initial and the changes described apply to the g2.main default main route instead.

Followup: reimplement the g2/initial (without an initial) path and implement it as a redirect to the G2 main page (g2.main by default, but may be changed). See ✨ Redirect g2/initial without an initial to the G2 main page Fixed .
