Remove empty link on "<" chevron in the Branch Header

WAVE is flagging the left chevron next to the All Locations link in the Branch Header as being an empty link.

Please remove the empty link from this, as we do not need any descriptive text to describe this, since it is just a design element.

- Check the "Use Layout Builder" link on a Branch page
- Find the empty link in the header

Remove the empty link or provide text within the link that describes the functionality and/or target of that link.
