Version Control are missing in info.yml file.

I have confirmed changes by cloning PR. It is working as accepted.

I have reviewed and implemented the MR !1 provided by @alok_singh.
The MR! has been implemented successfully.
Test Result: Version Control & Base Theme are added in the info.yml file.

So we can move it to RTBC+.
