With CKEditor 4 now marked as depreciated and version 5 becoming the default in Drupal 10, we should provide CKEditor 5 compatibility out of the box for the rocketship_core and its modules.

2. Update dependencies that use CKEditor to be compatible with version 5.
3. Update default configuration to be compatible with CKEditor 5.

5. Ensure that ckeditor 4 can be uninstall without pain, so there should not be a hard dependece in *.info.yml, but keep it in composer.json
