Problem/Motivation

📌 Require Node.js 18 for development in 10.1.x Fixed

Proposed resolution

  • Align Vartheme BS4 9.0.x with the efforts of the Drupal core team for Drupal 10.1.x by updating the minimum Node.js version to >=18.
  • Update the install-needed-tools.sh bash files to have curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_18.x | sudo -E bash - ;
  • Update the yarn.lock file
  • Run yarn theme:init and yarn theme:build for Vartheme BS4 and the VARTHEME_BS4_SUBTHEME and commit changes.
