Implement auto-submit functionality when using autocomplete in search block

Problem/Motivation

When using the autocomplete setting in the new search block it can help users to see search suggestions. When choosing one of those the user still needs click the submit button.

Proposed resolution

There should be another option Use auto-submit which is available when using Use autocomplete option which will then submit the form automatically once the user is clicking one of the suggestions.

User interface changes

Search form submit button will be hidden when Use auto-submit option is enabled.
