I think it make sense to combine this issue with https://www.drupal.org/project/seckit/issues/3369028 📌 Trailing slash on void elements has no effect and interacts badly with unquoted attribute values Closed: duplicate , so i place here full patch, update MR and close the last one issue as duplicate.
