Block order doesn't "stick" on affiliate theme

Block order on affiliate theme doesn't save - neither drag-and-drop nor weight works.

I think not being able to set block placement on affiliate themes is pretty major, so I'm classifying it accordingly... thanks!

UPDATE: It looks like changes have to be made from the master domain. To clarify: if you're making changes from the sub.main.domain.com page, they're not saved. Changes done from main.domain.com seem to take. Sorry for the false alarm.
