Currently when using drush commands there is no ability to point to what folder files should be saved. Also it would be handy to add drush command to create configurations instead of creating them via UI.
Enable migrate_generator_export module, configure and use it.
1) Change first column of each export to have name ID.
2) Add drush command option --folder with path to existing folder, e.g.

3) Add 'Folder' field to export form to have same ability, as drush command.
4) Add drush command for creating configuration entities, e.g.
.
