Primary Menu dropdown is not working

Dropdown is working for me. Attaching screenshot for more clarification.

Hi @ravi kant , please share a small video for reference.
I have tested this issue in my Drupal 9.5.0 & Drupal 10.1.1 setup.
It seems that dropdowns are not working correctly.
All the menus & submenus are shown as the menu items.
Steps followed by me:-
1. Create menus & submenus.
2. Change Menu levels in the navigation block.
3. Check dropdown working or not.
I am sharing screenshots for reference.

@ravi kant now the primary menus working fine for me.
