Claro theme compatibility with custom LB overrides

Problem/Motivation

We are switching admin theme to Claro ✨ Switch admin theme to Claro Fixed , we need to ensure that custom layout builder overrides are not broken and work well

Remaining tasks

1. Review and adjust lb.css for Claro admin theme compatibility.
