The license of the WissKI source code is not clearly documented, and should be improved.
Grepping through the WissKI repository, some modules have a link to licenses, whereas others do not.

links to GPL2.0.
The composer.json file refers to GPL-2.0-or-later, which I guess applies to all modules.
We should clarify in the README, or at least a LICENSE file what the license is.
We could also add a standard notice, maybe even into all source files.
This notice could be something like:
This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
