Problem/Motivation

  • Opt into security advisory coverage
  • Better not to have any development branches @dev required packages/libraries, better with @stable versions( ~1.0, ~2.0, ~3.0 , ~4.0, ext... ). not to bring any alphas, betas, RCs on a production site. Tilde Version Range (~)

    It is a way between drupal/core and drupal/core-recommended

  • Manage a smooth install with Drupal 9/10 projects and Varbase 9/10 projects

Proposed resolution

  • Check on coding standard and naming conventions
  • Test install with ( Drupal ~9.0 , and Drupal ~10.0)
  • Test update options/scope of probable changed or changeable configs code with ( Drupal ~9.0 , and Drupal ~10.0), in case a change of config or config schema maybe was needed in some point in next releases
  • ✅ Switch required packages to call for stable versions or Next Significant Release Operators, No dev. Varbase uses Tilde Version Range (~)
