Do sitewide alerts have titles? Perhaps they do not and ours only do because i have given them titles? But if they do have a title this would be:
<em>Edit Sitewide Alert</em> [title]
or
Create Sitewide Alert

SitewideAlert entities have a "name" (Label) base field that can be used in the title when editing an alert. I think this can be done by using the _title_callback routing config → .
