Hi mombi, you can add new field on your site for EBT CTA block type and override templates with your new field:
/admin/structure/block/block-content/manage/ebt_cta/fields
block--block-content--ebt-cta.html.twig
block--inline-block--ebt-cta.html.twigI can add second link field in module, but adding settings for it will require bunch of fields for border, background color, border radius, etc.
Usually I saw one styled button and second plain link after main CTA button. But two styled buttons are also popular for hero blocks:
