Structure_sync.data.yml file continues to be recreated after uninstalling

Problem/Motivation

After uninstalling Structure Sync module, the configuration is not correctly deleted because when exporting Drupal config using "drush cex", the file "structure_sync.data.yml" is still created.

    Yes, because uninstalling the module doesn't delete the related configuration

    I guess it could be a good add-on

    Remaining work would be

    - Add a hook_uninstall deleting module related configuration
