Form #states API rabbit hole options broken, redirect form not showing

Problem/Motivation

When the rabbit_hole_href option is added to the form, the regular redirect option doesn't show the settings form anymore.

Steps to reproduce

Visit a rabbit hole'd entity type and select the "Redirect" method.

Before the module was installed, it worked as expected.

For the new method the form opens:

Proposed resolution

Review and fix the #states logic. Should open the form for both settings.
