The status cannot be changed to Reviewed & tested by the community from the person who provided the patch/MR.
Since the theme is still available, even if as contributed project, is there any real reason to change the parent theme?

Sorry for the issue. I think you are correct. We don't need this bug to be created. I can close is as work as designated.
